Compliance & Ethical Business Policy

S. CH. Conduit Ltd., trading as Inglewood Global, is committed to operating ethically, responsibly, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the UK and internationally. This policy outlines our approach to anti-bribery, ethical conduct, health and safety, environmental responsibility, insurance, and modern slavery compliance.

Health & Safety

We are a non-manufacturing, office-based business focused on procurement, import coordination, and supply of clinical consumables. We ensure that products supplied are supported with appropriate safety documentation (including MSDS where applicable) and comply with relevant regulatory standards. Responsibility for health and safety rests with the Director.

Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption

Inglewood Global operates a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. The company does not offer, promise, give, request, or accept bribes or improper payments in any form, whether directly or indirectly. This applies to all dealings with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and public officials. Compliance with the UK Bribery Act 2010 is overseen by the Director.

Environmental & Corporate Social Responsibility

We aim to conduct business in a responsible manner that minimises environmental impact. This includes working with compliant suppliers, encouraging efficient logistics and consolidated shipping, and avoiding unnecessary waste in packaging and documentation. Environmental considerations are reviewed as part of supplier selection and ongoing operations.

Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking

Inglewood Global is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We operate a zero-tolerance approach and expect suppliers to comply with applicable labour laws and ethical standards. Supplier documentation and certifications are reviewed as part of onboarding and ongoing supply relationships.

Responsibility & Review
Overall responsibility for this policy rests with the Director. This policy is reviewed annually.
