Complaints & Quality Policy
S. CH. Conduit Ltd., trading as Inglewood Global, is committed to supplying clinical consumables that meet agreed specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Any complaints relating to product quality, delivery, or service are taken seriously and reviewed promptly. Complaints should be submitted in writing and will be acknowledged, investigated, and addressed in a timely manner.
Where necessary, corrective actions will be agreed with suppliers or logistics partners to prevent recurrence. Records of complaints and outcomes are maintained to support continuous improvement.
Responsibility for quality oversight and complaint handling rests with the Director.
